The form may collect name, company or condominium, email, phone number, type of service, approximate project location and the submitted message. Essential session and security data may also be generated to protect the form against misuse.
3. Purposes
Data is used to assess and respond to requests, prepare a quotation or technical visit, protect the form and continue a potential engagement requested by the data subject.
Ellos does not sell personal data and does not use the website for behavioral advertising.
4. Sharing and service providers
Data may be processed by hosting and email providers only as needed to operate the website, receive the message and provide a response. It may also be shared when required by law or a competent authority.

Messages received through the form are retained for up to 30 days. Information related to an accepted quotation, contract, legal obligation or the exercise of legal rights may be retained for the period required for that purpose.
